布地奈德联合氨溴索鼓室内注射治疗分泌性中耳炎的疗效研究

Effect of intratympanic injection of budesonide combined with Ambroxol on Secretory otitis media

目的探讨布地奈德联合氨溴索鼓室内注射治疗分泌性中耳炎的临床疗效。方法门诊就诊的60例分泌性中耳炎患者随机分为对照组和联用组各30例。对照组患者采用常规抽液方法治疗,联用组患者在抽出鼓室内的积液后予以布地奈德混悬液和盐酸氨溴索注射液混合注入,记录两组患者治疗后症状体征改善情况和总有效率。结果对照组总有效率70.00%,联用组总有效率93.33%,联用组的症状体征改善时间明显短于对照组。结论布地奈德联合盐酸氨溴索鼓室注射治疗分泌性中耳炎能够改善咽鼓管通气功能、平衡和消除中耳鼓室内负压状况以及加速黏液纤毛运输,能快速改善临床症状与体征,促进鼓室压早期恢复。且无明显的不良反应与副作用,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of budesonide combined with ambroxol intratumoral injection in the treatment of secretory otitis media.Methods 60 patients with secretory otitis media were randomly divided into control group and combined group.The patients in the control group were treated by routine fluid extraction,and the patients in the combined group were mixed with budesonide suspension and ambroxol hydrochloride injection after drawing out the effusion in the tympanic chamber.The improvement of symptoms and signs and the total effective rate were recorded.Results The total effective rate of the control group was 70.00 and the total effective rate of the combined group was 93.33.The improvement time of symptoms and signs in the combined group was significantly shorter than that in the control group.Conclusion Budesonide combined with ambroxol hydrochloride tympanic injection in the treatment of secretory otitis media can improve the ventilation function of eustachian tube,balance and eliminate the negative pressure in the middle ear tympanic cavity,and accelerate the transport of mucociliary,which can quickly improve the clinical symptoms and signs and promote the early recovery of tympanic pressure.And no obvious adverse reactions and side effects,worthy of clinical application.
