血清降钙素原/超敏-C反应蛋白在诊断变应性鼻炎合并感染方面的临床应用价值

Clinical application value of serum procalcitonin and high sensitivity C-reactive protein in the diagnosis of allergic rhinitis complicated with infection

目的探讨变应性鼻炎合并感染患者临床诊断中,检测血清降钙素原、超敏-C反应蛋白等各项指标的价值。方法本实验抽取120例变应性鼻炎患者,就诊区间为2019年10月~2020年10月。根据有无合并感染进行分组评测。A组(60例,变应性鼻炎合并感染患者)与B组(60例,单纯变应性鼻炎患者)进行血清PCT、hs-CRP各项指标的检测,统计对比其检测结果。结果统计结果显示,A组受检者的血清PCT、hs-CRP 水平各项比较B组均更高(P<0.05)。A组应用血清PCT、hs-CRP联合检测的灵敏性、特异度及诊断准确率显然高于单用PCT检测、单用hs—CRP。结论在变应性鼻炎合并感染患者诊断中,应用PCT与hs-CRP联合检测的敏感性、特异度均其高,可显著提升诊断准确率,对临床是否使用抗生素治疗具有指导作用。

Objective To investigate the value of serum procalcitonin and high sensitivity C-reactive protein in the clinical diagnosis of allergic rhinitis complicated with infection.Methods 120 patients with allergic rhinitis were selected from October 2019 to October 2020.The patients were divided into groups according to the presence or absence of CO infection.Group A (60 cases,allergic rhinitis complicated with infection) and group B (60 cases,simple allergic rhinitis patients) were detected for serum PCT and hs CRP,and the detection Results were statistically compared.Results The statistical Results showed that the levels of serum PCT and hs CRP in group A were higher than those in group B (P<0.05).In group A,the sensitivity,specificity and diagnostic accuracy of combined detection of serum PCT and hs CRP were significantly higher than those of PCT alone and hs CRP alone.Conclusion In the diagnosis of patients with allergic rhinitis complicated with infection,the sensitivity and specificity of combined detection of PCT and hs CRP are high,which can significantly improve the diagnostic accuracy and guide the clinical use of antibiotics.
