慢性鼻-鼻窦炎鼻内镜术后以鼻用生理海水行鼻腔冲洗的临床疗效分析

Clinical analysis of nasal irrigation with physiological seawater after endoscopic sinus surgery in chronic rhinosinusitis

目的探讨慢性鼻-鼻窦炎鼻内镜术后以鼻用生理海水行鼻腔冲洗的临床疗效。方法随机在2016年2月~2020年2月选择90例在我院接受手术治疗的慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者,将其随机进行分组,为观察组(n=45)与对照组(n=45)作为本次研究样本。结果 观察组治疗后临床的总有效率为93.33%,对照组治疗后临床的总有效率为68.89%,观察组治疗后的临床总有效率明显比对照组的要高,差异(P<0.05),有统计学的意义。结论在临床上采用鼻内镜术后以鼻用生理海水行鼻腔冲洗有着非常显著的效果,有效促进患者预后的恢复率,生活质量逐渐呈上升趋势,值得各大医院临床的借鉴与利用。
