特发性突聋预后相关影响因素分析

Analysis of prognostic factors of idiopathic sudden deafness

目的探讨特发性突聋(idiopathic sudden deafness,ISD)预后的相关影响因素。方法回顾性选择40例特发性突聋患者作为研究对象,收集基本信息,持续治疗2周后分预后良好组29例和预后差组11例,ISD患者预后的影响因素采用Logistic分析。结果预后良好组平均年龄、病程持续时间、有耳鸣、有眩晕、有高血压病、听力损失分级均低于预后差组(P<0.05)。Logistic分析显示年龄、病程持续时间、耳鸣、眩晕、听力损失分级为ISD患者预后差的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论特发性突聋患者的预后与年龄、病程持续时间、耳鸣、眩晕、听力损失有关,临床需引起关注。

Objective To investigate the prognostic factors of idiopathic sudden deafness (ISD).Methods The data of 40 patients with idiopathic sudden deafness were collected retrospectively,After 2 weeks of continuous treatment,the patients were divided into good prognosis group (n=29) and poor prognosis group (n=11).Logistic analysis was used to analyze the prognostic factors of ISD patients.Results The average age,duration of disease course,tinnitus,vertigo,hypertension and hearing loss in the good prognosis group were lower than those in the poor prognosis group (P<0.05).Logistic analysis showed that average age,duration of disease duration,tinnitus,vertigo and hearing loss were risk factors for poor prognosis of ISD patients (P<0.05).Conclusion The prognosis of patients with idiopathic sudden deafness is related to age,duration of disease course,tinnitus,vertigo and hearing loss.
