微创祛龋技术应用于儿童乳牙治疗的治疗效果分析

Analysis of the therapeutic effect of minimally invasive caries removal technology in the treatment of children’s deciduous teeth

目的分析微创祛龋技术应用于儿童乳牙治疗的治疗效果。方法选择2019.01月-2020.01月在我院收治的110例进行儿童乳牙疾病治疗的患儿,随机分为实验组与对照组,比对患儿治疗总有效率、疼痛程度。结果实验组患儿治疗有效率53/55(96.36%)明显高于对照组患儿25/55(45.45%);实验组患儿疼痛程度1.88±0.91/分低于对照组患儿4.24±0.87/分,P<0.05。结论运用微创祛龋技术治疗儿童乳牙效果较为显著,可以有效的降低患儿疼痛的程度,该治疗模式可运用。

Objective To analyze the effect of minimally invasive caries removal technology in the treatment of children’s deciduous teeth.Methods 110 cases of children with deciduous teeth disease treated in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The total effective rate and pain degree of children were compared.Results The effective rate of 53 / 55 (96.36%) in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group (25 / 55) (45.45%);the pain degree of the experimental group was 1.88±0.91/min,which was lower than that of the control group (4.24±0.87 / min,P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of minimally invasive caries removal technology in the treatment of children’s deciduous teeth is significant,which can effectively reduce the degree of pain in children.
