用自酸蚀粘结剂联合复合树脂进行乳牙龋病填充修复治疗的效果分析

Analysis of the effect of filling and restoring deciduous tooth caries with self-etching adhesive combined with composite resin

目的研究用自酸蚀粘结剂联合复合树脂进行乳牙龋病填充修复治疗的效果。方法选择2018年1月至2019年2月于我院接受治疗的乳牙龋病患儿80例为本次研究对象,按照入院时间先后对患儿进行分组,2018年1月至7月入院治疗的40例患儿列入对照组,2018年8月至2019年2月入院治疗的40例患儿列入观察组。对照组采用全酸蚀粘结剂联合复合树治疗,观察组则使用自酸蚀粘结剂联合复合树脂进行治疗,最后对比两组患儿治疗后6个月和12个月的牙髓活力评分来判断本次治疗效果。结果对照组患儿治疗后6个月牙髓活力评分为(5.88±1.79)分,12个月评分为(3.01±1.09)分;观察组患儿治疗后6个月牙髓活力评分为(3.17±1.33)分,12个月评分为(1.34±1.04)分。经过对比,发现对照组患儿在治疗后6、12个月的牙髓活力评分均明显高于观察组,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用自酸蚀粘结剂联合复合树脂进行乳牙龋病填充修复治疗能够有效提高患儿的牙髓活力,有利于提高牙齿质量。

Objective To study the effect of self-etching adhesive combined with composite resin for filling and restoring deciduous tooth caries.Methods A total of 80 children with deciduous tooth.The children were divided into groups according to the time of admission,and those who were admitted to the hospital from January to July 2018 Forty children were included in the control group,and 40 children admitted to the hospital from August 2018 to February 2019 were included in the observation group.self-etching adhesive combined with composite resin.Finally,the pulp vitality scores of the two groups were compared at 6 and 12 months after treatment.To judge the effect of this treatment.Results The dental pulp vitality score of children in the control group was (5.88±1.79) points after 6 months of treatment,and the score of 12 months was (3.01±1.09) points;the observation group children’s pulp vitality scores were (3.17±1.33) after treatment. Pointssignificant (P<0.05).Conclusion The use of self-etching adhesive combined with composite resin for filling and restorative treatment of deciduous tooth caries can effectively improve the vitality of the dental pulp of children and help improve the quality of teeth.
