AH-Plus和RoekoSeal用于根管充填在牙髓病治疗中的效果比较

Comparison of the effects of multiple and one-time root canal therapy in the treatment of dental pulp disease

目的 AH-Plus和RoekoSeal用于根管充填在牙髓病治疗中的效果比较。方法对95例患者进行随机分组,两组患者接受常规检查及牙齿硬组织龋坏清除处理后,治疗组患者接受AH-Plus根管充填治疗,对照组患者接受RoekoSeal根管充填治疗。疗效标准分以痊愈、显效、有效、无效四项标准,对两组患者的治疗成效进行对比。结果治疗后,治疗组总有效率达97.87%,对照组总有效率达95.83%。结论 AH-Plus根管充填和RoekoSeal根管充填治疗牙髓病的效果无差异。

Objective To compare the effect of Root Canal filling with AH-Plus and Roekoseal in endodontic treatment.Methods 95 patients were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in the treatment group received AH-Plus Root Canal filling therapy,while the patients in the control group received Roekoseal root canal filling therapy.The Curative Effect Standard Divides by the cure,the obvious effect,the effective,the invalid four standard,carries on the contrast to two groups of patients’curative effect.Results After treatment,the total effective rate was 97.87% in the treatment group and 95.83% in the control group.Conclusion There is no difference between the effect of AH-Plus Root Canal filling and Roekoseal root canal filling on endodontic diseases.
