个案管理模式护理对鼻中隔偏曲矫正术患者心理和生活质量的影响

The effect of case management mode nursing on the psychology and quality of life of patients undergoing nasal septum correction

目的探析鼻中隔偏曲矫正术采取个案管理模式护理的效果。方法选取2019年1月~2019年12月在我院耳鼻咽喉科就诊的鼻中隔偏曲矫正术患者,共纳入62例,以双盲法分组,即对照组(n=31)和研究组(n=31),予对照组一般护理,以此为基础,予研究组个案管理模式护理,对比两组疗效。结果研究组SAS、SDS评分与对照组比较显著下降(P<0.05);研究组生活质量较对照组明显升高(P<0.05)。结论鼻中隔偏曲矫正术采取个案管理模式护理效果令人满意,可改善心理状态,促进生活质量提高,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effect of case management model in nasal septum deviation correction surgery.Methods A total of 62 patients with nasal septum deflection correction who were treated in the Department of Otorhinolaryngology in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were enrolled.They were divided into two groups,namely the control group (n=31) and the study group (n=31),the control group was given general nursing.Based on this,the study group was given case management mode nursing,and the efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The SAS and SDS scores of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the quality of life of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing effect of nasal septum deviation correction using case management model is satisfactory,which can improve the mental state and promote the quality of life,and it is worthy of promotion.
