摘要
目的探索分析学龄前儿童龋齿的护理干预研究及健康指导效果。方法随机抽取本镇学龄前龋齿患儿中76例,将其以护理方法差异性分为观察组和对照组。其中,观察组予以常规护理,对照组予以针对性护理配合健康指导进行干预,比较两组患儿的护理效果。结果观察组患儿治疗配合度高于对照组对应值(94.73%>73.68%);观察组龋齿新发病率低于对照组对应值(10.53%<34.21%),且P<0.05。结论针对学龄前龋齿患儿采取针对性护理配合健康指导进行干预,不仅能有效提高其治疗配合度,还有利于降低症状新发病率,防护效果显著,值得临床上大力推广。
Objective To explore and analyze the effect of nursing intervention and health guidance for preschool children with dental caries.Methods 76 cases of preschool children with dental caries were randomly selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the difference of nursing methods.Among them,the observation group was given routine nursing,while the control group was given targeted nursing combined with health guidance.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The observation group’s treatment compliance was higher than that of the control group (94.73%>73.68%),and the new incidence rate of caries in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (10.53%<34.21%),and P<0.05.Conclusion Targeted nursing and health guidance for preschool caries children can not only improve their treatment coordination,but also reduce the new incidence rate of symptoms.The protective effect is remarkable,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
