在小学及幼儿教师中开展预防嗓音疾病的健康教育干预效果分析

To analyze the effect of health education intervention to prevent voice diseases among primary school and preschool teachers

目的探讨在小学及幼儿教师开展预防嗓音疾病的健康教育干预效果。方法本次研究对象共80例,是16所学校里诊断为早期嗓音疾病的教师,选取时间段为2016年6月-2016年12月。设立其中40名为实验组,进行每周一次,为期6周的嗓音训练(二级预防),40名为对照组。比较观察两组患者的嗓音疾病的高危行为形成率和动态喉镜检查评分变化。结果两组嗓音疾病高危行为形成率相比,实验组相对较低,数据比较差异较大(P<0.05);同对照组声带粘液波、声带运动对称性、声带振动规律性和声带闭合情况评分相比,实验组相对较优,数据比较差异较大(P<0.05)。结论在小学及幼儿教师中开展预防嗓音疾病的健康教育,可有效降低嗓音疾病高危行为形成率,能有效改善嗓音质量,提高教师的生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of health education intervention to prevent voice diseases in primary schools and preschool teachers.Methods A total of 80 subjects were enrolled in this study.They were teachers diagnosed with early voice disease in 16 schools.The time period was from June 2016 to December 2016.A weekly 6-week voice training (secondary prevention) was conducted in 40 of the experimental group and 40 of the control group.The change of high risk behavior formation rate and dynamic laryngoscopic examination score of voice disease were observed and compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the two groups,the formation rate of high-risk voice disease was relatively lower in the experimental group,and the data were significantly different (P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the score of vocal cord mucous wave,symmetry of vocal cord movement,regularity of vocal cord vibration and vocal cord closure was relatively better in the experimental group,and the data were significantly different (P<0.05).Conclusion Health education on prevention of voice diseases among primary school and preschool teachers can effectively reduce the formation rate of high-risk behaviors of voice diseases,improve the quality of voice,and improve the quality of life of teachers.
