综合性护理干预对鼻中隔偏曲患者术后感染及预后的影响

Effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on postoperative infection and prognosis of patients with nasal septum deviation

目的探讨综合性护理对鼻中隔偏曲患者术后切口感染及临床疗效的影响。方法收集2019年06月~2020年06月入院我院耳鼻喉科并进行手术治疗的120例鼻中隔偏曲患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分配分为观察组与对照组各60例。对照组采取普通住院患者护理常规,观察组患者采用综合性护理。比较两组患者的感染率,手术前后血清降钙素原(PCT)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平;对比两组患者住院时间,治疗有效率,以及住院期间是否发生鼻出血、脑脊液漏、颅内感染等并发症情况。结果观察组术后感染率、总住院时间及并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);术前两组血清 CRP、PCT 水平比较无统计学差异(P>0.05),术后观察组血清 CRP、PCT 水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组有效率较对照组显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合性护理可有效降低鼻中隔偏曲患者手术感染发生风险,改善患者血清炎性因子水平,促进患者早日康复,减少术后并发症,且经济性良好。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing care on postoperative wound infection and clinical efficacy of patients with nasal septum deviation.Methods A total of 120 patients with nasal septum deflection who were admitted to the Department of Otolaryngology and Surgery in our hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were collected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group with 60 cases each by random number table Method.The control group adopts the nursing routine of ordinary inpatients,and the observation group adopts comprehensive nursing.Compare the infection rate of the two groups of patients,the levels of serum procalcitonin (PCT) and C-reactive protein (CRP) before and after surgery;compare the length of stay in the two groups,the effective rate of treatment,and whether epistaxis,cerebrospinal fluid leakage,and cranial bleeding occurred during the hospitalization.Complications such as internal infections.Results The postoperative infection rate,total length of hospital stay and the incidence of complications in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05);there was no significant difference in serum CRP and PCT levels between the two groups before surgery (P>0.05).The serum CRP and PCT levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05);the effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can effectively reduce the risk of surgical infection in patients with nasal septum deviation,improve the level of serum inflammatory factors,promote the patient’s early recovery,reduce postoperative complications,and have good economics.
