探讨护理干预对角膜屈光手术后遵医行为及视觉满意度的影响

To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on compliance behavior and visual satisfaction after corneal refractive surgery

目的观察护理干预对角膜屈光手术后遵医行为及视觉满意度的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2020年1月在我院就诊的66例角膜屈光手术患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用优质护理。结果与对照组相比,观察组遵医行为好,视觉满意度高,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论给予角膜屈光手术患者优质护理,能提高患者术后遵医行为,且获得较高的视觉满意度,值得借鉴。

Objective To observe the effect of nursing intervention on compliance behavior and visual satisfaction after corneal refractive surgery.Methods A total of 66 patients undergoing corneal refractive surgery in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received high-quality nursing.Results Compared with the control group,compliance behavior in the observation group was good,visual satisfaction was high,P<0.05,with statistical significance.Conclusion High quality nursing care for patients undergoing corneal refractive surgery can improve postoperative compliance and obtain high visual satisfaction,which is worthy of reference.
