优质护理干预在高血压性鼻出血患者护理中的应用价值研究

Study on the application value of high-quality nursing intervention in the nursing of patients with hypertensive epistaxis

目的评价优质护理干预在高血压性鼻出血患者护理中的应用价值。方法选取2018年1月~2020年1月在我院就诊的100例高血压性鼻出血病例样本,以随机双盲法将样本分为对比组、研究组,对比组50例予以常规护理,研究组50例配合优质护理,比较应用价值。结果干预前,两组血压水平对比无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后,研究组血压水平更低,自我效能量表各维度评分更高(P<0.05)。结论在高血压性鼻出血患者护理中应用优质护理,可帮助患者更好控制血糖水平,最大限度提升自我效能,干预效果、价值可观。

Objective To evaluate the application value of high-quality nursing intervention in the nursing of patients with hypertensive epistaxis.Methods Select 100 cases of hypertensive epistaxis in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020.The samples were divided into a comparison group and a study group by a random double-blind method.50 cases in the comparison group received routine care.The 50 cases in the research group cooperate with quality care,and compare the application value.Results Before the intervention,the blood pressure level of the two groups was not statistically significant (P>0.05).After the intervention,the blood pressure level of the study group was lower and the scores of each dimension of the self-efficacy energy scale were higher (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of high-quality nursing in the nursing of patients with hypertensive epistaxis can help patients better control their blood sugar levels and maximize self-efficacy.The intervention effect and value are considerable.
