三种吸引管在口腔冲洗操作中的应用研究

Research of three kinds of suction tube application in oral rinse

目的探讨三种吸引管运用于口腔冲洗的效果。方法将120例口腔冲洗患者随机分为吸痰管组、体外吸引管组、改良吸唾管组,比较三组患者口腔冲洗舒适度及呛咳误吸发生率。结果 改良吸唾管组的呛咳误吸发生率低于吸痰管组、体外吸引管组,三组比较有明显统计学意义(P<0.05),而且改良吸唾管组的舒适度明显优于吸痰管组及体外吸引管组,三组比较有明显统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改良式吸唾管运用于口腔冲洗,可以提升口腔冲洗患者的舒适度,降低呛咳误吸发生率,值得临床推广使用。

Objective The effect of three kinds of suction tubes on the use of dentilave.Method 120 cases of dentilave patients were randomly divided into Sputum suction tube group,Extracorporeal suction tube group,and Improved salivary suction tube group.Denmilave comfort degree and the incidence of cough and aspiration were compared among the three groups.Result The incidence of coughing and aspiration was lower in the improved salivary suction tube group than in the Sputum suction tube group and the Extracorporeal suction tube group.The three groups had statistically significant differences (P<0.05).Moreover,the comfort of the improved salivary suction tube group was better than that of the Sputum suction tube group and the Extracorporeal suction tube group.The three groups had statistically significant differences.(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of modified salivary suction tube in dentition can improve the comfort of patients with dentilave and reduce the incidence of cough aspiration.It is worth popularizing in clinic.
