摘要
针对发酵灵芝菌粉提取物含量的差异分析方法,在不同提取方法条件下,差异分析结果存在分析误差值高的问题,为此提出一种不同提取法下发酵灵芝菌粉提取物含量差异优化分析方法.首先利用气升式发酵器获取灵芝菌粉的提取原料,安装发酵灵芝菌粉提取器,并在此基础上设置不同灵芝菌粉提取方法,其中不同的提取方法包括:冷提、热提、碱法提取、超声波提取和有机溶剂回流提取五种方法,得到发酵灵芝菌粉提取物.通过色谱、紫外光谱和质谱检测方法,测定发酵灵芝菌粉提取物成分,利用统计学方法得出提取物含量的差异对比结果.经过性能测试实验得出:相比于传统的差异分析方法,设计的含量差异优化分析方法的平均误差降低了1.27,具有更高的分析准确率.
In order to solve the problem of high error of difference analysis results under different extraction methods,this paper proposes a difference optimization analysis method on the content of extract from fermented Ganoderma lucidum powder.The airlift fermentor is used to obtain the raw material of Ganoderma lucidum powder and the extractor is installed.On this basis,different extraction methods are setup,including cold extraction,hot extraction,alkali extraction,ultrasonic extraction and organic solvent reflux.The components of the extract of Ganoderma lucidum powder are determined by chromatography,UV spectrum and mass spectrometry,and the difference of the extract content is obtained by statistical method.Compared with the traditional method,performance test results show that the average error of the optimized method is reduced by 1.27,which has higher accuracy.
