老年患者口腔修复的临床治疗效果分析

Analysis of the clinical effect of prosthodontics in the elderly

目的分析老年患者口腔修复的临床治疗效果。方法选择2018年6月—2019年6月本院收治的68例老年口腔修复患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为实验组和对照组两组,每组各34例。对照组患者采纳基础口腔修复方法,实验组患者采用综合口腔修复方法。对比两组临床治疗总有效率、口腔健康影响程度量表简化中文版(OHIP-14)评分、不良反应(无咬合接触、咬合抬高、食物嵌塞)发生情况。结果实验组患者临床总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者修复后的残障、社交障碍、生理障碍、心理障碍、心理不适、生理性疼痛、功能限制评分明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合口腔修复可有效改善老年患者口腔状况,促进咬合关系复常,食物嵌顿等不良反应发生率较低,患者生活质量及预后良好,值得借鉴。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of prosthodontics in elderly patients.Methods 68 elderly patients who were admitted to our hospital for prosthodontics from June 2018 to June 2019 were enrolled as study subjects,and they were randomly divided into experimental group and control group according to random number table method.34 patients in the control group adopted basic prosthodontics and 34 patients in the experimental group adopted comprehensive prosthodontics.The total effective rate,score of the Oral Health Impact Scale(OHIP-14,simplified Chinese version),adverse reactions(no occlusal contact,occlusal elevation,food impaction)of the two groups were compared.Results The total clinical effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of physical disabilities,Social barriers,psychological disorder,psychological maladjustment,physiological pain,and functional limitation in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Comprehensive prosthodontics could effectively improve the oral status of elderly patients,promote the restoration of occlusal relationship,the incidence of adverse reactions such as food incarceration is low,and performs well in the quality of life and prognosis,which is worth learning.
