个体化的全程健康教育对狂犬病暴露者疫苗接种依从性的影响分析

Influence of individualized full-course health education on compliance of vaccination among rabies-exposed persons

目的探究个体化的全程健康教育对狂犬病暴露者疫苗接种依从性的效果。方法选取2019年5—11月在本院门诊被动物咬伤进行暴露后预防接种的患者110例作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为实验组和对照组两组,每组各55例。对照组仅进行常规护理,实验组在常规护理的基础上进行个体化的全程健康教育。比较个体化全程健康教育后两组暴露者疫苗接种的依从性。结果经过个体化的全程健康教育后,实验组暴露者疫苗接种的依从性明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对狂犬病暴露者实施个体化的全程健康教育干预有利于提高暴露者疫苗接种的依从性,改善其临床治疗效果。

Objective To explore the effect of individualized full-course health education on compliance of rabies-exposed persons to vaccination.Methods 110 patients those received post-exposure vaccination in this outpatient clinic due to bitten by animals were selected as the research objects,and those people were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group according to random number table method.The control group only received routine care,and the experimental group conducted individualized full-course health education on the basis of routine nursing.Finally,we compared the compliance of patients on vaccination between the two groups of exposed persons after individualized whole-course health education.Results After individualized full health education,the compliance on vaccination in experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The implementation of individualized full-course health education interventions among rabies exposed persons is beneficial to improve the compliance of exposed persons to vaccination and improve their clinical treatment effects.
