International Experience:Theory and Practice of Creative Thinking Measurement

摘要 评价方法对衡量教育效果尤为重要,创造性思维的测量结果是衡量创造性思维培养效果的重要依据。通过梳理创造性思维定义的三种倾向(过程、能力和结果),以适用于教育领域为原则将创造性思维的测量方法分为三类:题测评估、量表评估和产品评估,详细介绍了三类测量方法中常用测量工具及其在教育领域的应用,结合创造性思维测量现状给出以下建议:促进创造性思维概念的可操化,以优化测量工具;推动评价维度全面化、评价方法多样化,以准确测量创造性思维;深入探究测量工具在不同学科领域的信效度,以促进创造性思维与不同学科融合的实践;用技术手段辅助评价,促进创造性思维教育评价高效便捷。 Evaluation method is particularly important to measure the effect of education,and the measurement result of creative thinking is an important basis to measure the effect of creative thinking cultivation.This paper combs the three tendencies of the definition of creative thinking and divides the measurement methods of creative thinking into three categories based on the principle of being applicable to the field of education:test evaluation,scale evaluation and product evaluation,and then introduces the commonly used measurement tools and their applications in the field of education in detail.Finally,combined with the current situation of creative thinking measurement,the following suggestions are put forward:Promote the operability of the concept of creative thinking in order to optimize the measurement tools.Promote comprehensive evaluation dimensions and diversified evaluation methods in order to measure creative thinking accurately.Explores the reliability and validity of measurement tools in different disciplines to promote the integration of creative thinking and different disciplines.The evaluation of creative thinking education can be promoted by the technical means to facilitate the evaluation.
