河南省国家级体育非物质文化遗产保护绩效评价

Protection and Evaluation of National Sports Non-material Cultural Heritage in Henan Province

以政府、民间、社会三类保护主体为切入点,采用德尔菲法和层次分析法,将保护主体作为目标层并计算出各方案层评价指标的权重,形成我国体育非物质文化遗产保护绩效评价量表,最终对7项河南省国家级体育非物质文化遗产项目的保护绩效进行评价分析。得出:保护评价分值和评价级别由高到低依次为少林功夫(89.25分,B级)、杨氏、陈氏太极拳(88.03分,B级)、和氏太极拳(84.33分,B级)、心意六合拳(79.57分,C级)、月山八极拳(77.11分,C级)、撂石锁(74.06分,C级)和苌家拳(72.19分,C级)。

Taking the government,the folk and the society as the breakthrough point,this paper uses Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process to take the protection subject as the target layer,and calculates the weight of evaluation indexes of each scheme level,forms the performance evaluation scale of sports intangible cultural heritage protection in China,and finally evaluates and analyzes the protection performance of seven national sports intangible cultural heritage projects in Henan Province.It is concluded that the ranks of protection evaluation from high to low are Shaolin Kungfu(89.25 points,Grade B),Yang’s,Chen’s Taijiquan(88.03 points,Grade B),He’s Taijiquan(84.33 points,Grade B),Xinyi Liuhe quan(81.57 points,Grade C),Yueshan Baji Quan(77.11 points,Grade C),Pebble Lock(74.06 points,Grade C)and Changjiaquan(72.19 points,C level).
