通过对目前全警实战大练兵开展半年多来的现状进行调查与分析,目的在于全面客观地了解全警实战大练兵的开展现状、存在的挑战与问题,同时,借鉴运动训练学中的项群理论的先进训练理念,以此来对全警实战大练兵与项群理论在理论基础、实践条件等方面的应用与融合进行理论探讨。具体对全警实战大练兵的技能和内容的细化和分类,按照不同的训练和实战应用主导要素进行分解和归类为不同要素主导的警务类型,包括:警务队列队形基础、公安基础体能训练、警务技能专业实战训练、各警种业务实战大比武等内容,再借鉴项群理论的相关训练思想和方法,对全警实战大练兵的方法与内容进行探索,理论和实践的结果证明:项群理论中的部分的训练思想,和部分的训练方法,都是值得在全警实战大练兵过程中借鉴和应用的。
