with the development of competitive sports in China,the level of Sanda in China is also developing,and the fairness of Sanda referees and law enforcement is facing higher challenges.The construction of Wushu Sanda referee team is an important factor affecting the level of sanda competition,which plays an important role in guiding the development of the project.Taking Shanghai Sanda referees team as the research object,this paper makes an in-depth investigation and analysis of the problems existing in the referees team,and puts forward some optimization strategies.
