摘要 为解决GD121A型卷接机组卷烟质量合格率偏低等问题,对卷烟质量控制系统进行了改进。在不改变烟丝束密度的情况下,设计了一种可调节压丝块装置,安装于前后道平准器修剪区域的吸丝带上方,通过调节吸丝带位置,辅助平准器改变烟丝束修剪量,对卷烟质量实现有效控制。以南京卷烟厂生产的“南京(金陵十二钗烤烟型)”细支卷烟为对象对改进前后GD121A机组进行测试,结果表明:改进后机组卷烟质量均值合格率由76%提高到97%,能够满足生产工艺要求;对设备运行状况及其他技术指标无显著影响,7台机组改进后卷烟质量整体合格率提高18百分点,节约烟丝5.18 t/月。该技术可为提高卷烟产品品质,降低原辅材料消耗提供支持。 In order to promote the qualified rate of cigarette weight,the weight control system in GD121A cigarette maker was modified.While keeping the density of cut tobacco stream unchanged,an adjustable pressing block device was designed and installed above the suction bands in the trimming areas of front and rear ecreteur discs.Via adjusting the position of suction bands,the pressing blocks assist the ecreteur discs to change the amount of trimmed tobacco and control cigarette weight.The GD121A cigarette maker before and after modification was tested on slim cigarettes of brand“Nanjing(Jinlingshierchai Virginia-type)”in Nanjing Cigarette Factory.The results showed that the qualified rate of average cigarette weight increased from 76%to 97%,which met the technical requirements of cigarette production.The modification did not affect the running status of equipment and the other technical indexes significantly.The overall qualified rate of cigarette weight for 7 GD121A cigarette makers raised by 18 percentage points,it saved 5.18 tons of cut tobacco per month.This technology provides a support for improving the quality of cigarette products and reducing the consumption of tobacco and other materials.
