摘要
卵母细胞体外成熟是家畜体外胚胎生产关键技术之一。卵母细胞的环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)水平能够通过调节核质同步成熟进程影响卵母细胞发育能力,因此,cAMP对卵母细胞体外成熟质量的影响受到广泛关注。本文针对常用的cAMP调节剂及其调节卵母细胞体外成熟的机制进行综述,以期为改善卵母细胞体外成熟效果提供依据。
In vitro maturation of oocytes is one of the key technologies for in vitro embryo production in livestock.cAMP can affect the development ability of oocytes by regulating the process of synchronous nuclear and cytoplasmic maturation.Therefore,the impact of cAMP on the quality of oocyte maturation in vitro has been widely concerned.This article reviews the commonly used cAMP regulators and their mechanisms for regulating oocyte maturation in vitro,laying the foundation for improving the maturation effect of oocytes in vitro.
