摘要
交流接触器、变频器普遍用于现代工业低压电动机控制回路,然而电动机正常运行时遭遇电源瞬时失压,接触器就会释放,变频器会因低电压故障而停机。当电源自动恢复后需要人工重新操作或复位恢复电动机运转,造成运行中电动机不必要停机。现主要解决逻辑联锁复杂的计量称重系统电源稳定供电和防止外电网电压波动,避免计量称重系统电压波动时引发造粒装置联锁停工难题。
AC contactor and frequency converter are widely used in the control loop of modern industrial low-voltage motor.However,when the motor runs normally,it encounters the instantaneous voltage loss of power supply,the contactor will be released,and the frequency converter will stop due to low-voltage fault.When the power supply is automatically restored,it needs to be manually operated or reset to restore the motor operation,thus causes unnecessary shutdown of the motor during operation.This paper mainly solves the problem of stabilizing power supply of the metering and weighing system with complex logic interlocking,preventing voltage fluctuation of external power grid,and then avoiding the interlocking shutdown of the granulating device caused by voltage fluctuation of the metering and weighing system.
