不同传感器结构热电阻对电机检温计法温升测量值影响的研究

摘要 电机绕组专用热电阻为埋置式热电阻,其传感器结构分为绕线结构和薄膜结构。两种结构的热电阻对电机检温计法温升测量值存在一定的差异,通过对两种形式的铂热电阻试验数据进行分析.对比,得出两种结构形式铂热电阻数值的差异,可为准确测量电机埋置检温计法温升提供依据,对提高电机使用可靠性具有重要意义。 The thermal resistance specially used for motor windings is the embedded thermal resistance,the sensor structure of which is divided into windings structure and film structure.There are some differences between the thermal resistances of the two structures in the temperature-rise measurement of motor thermometer method.Through analyzing and comparing the test data of platinum thermal resistances of the two structures,the difference between them is obtained.It can provide the basis for accurate measurement of the temperature rise of the motor by the embedded thermometer method,and has important significance for the improvement of the reliability of the motor.
