土地流转的减贫效应实证研究综述

Review of Empirical Studies on Poverty Reduction Effects of Land Transfer

基于CNKI核心期刊和CSSCI数据库,回顾了2000—2019年我国土地流转减贫效应文献,并在采用文献综述法对其进行归纳梳理的基础上,从研究方法、维度指标、对策建议等方面综述了研究现状。结果发现:(1)当前国内关于土地流转减贫效应的文献总数相对较少。(2)研究热点主要围绕在土地流转、农户收入、土地经营等方面。(3)研究维度从单一的经济维度逐步扩展到教育、就业、健康等可行能力维度。(4)研究方法渐趋多样化,主要采用的是倾向得分匹配法(PSM)、广义倾向得分匹配法(GPSM)、倍差法(DID)、分位数回归法(QR)、Tobit回归模型、内生转换回归模型(ESR)等6种。经证实,土地流转在一定程度上可减缓贫困,但减贫效果对不同维度、不同类型土地流转户具有异质性。

Based on CNKI core journals and CSSCI database,this paper reviewed and summarized the literature on the poverty reduction effects of land circulation in China from 2000 to 2019.From the aspects of research methods,dimensional indicators,countermeasures and sug gestions,this paper stated its current research status in summary.The results showed that:(1)The total number of domestic documents on the poverty reduction effect of land circulation was relatively small.(2)The research mainly focused on the land transfer,farmers′income,land man agement,etc.(3)The research dimension has gradually expanded from a single economic dimension to feasible capability dimensions such as ed ucation,employment,and health.(4)The research methods were also gradually diversified,mainly using 6 methods including PSM method,GPSM method,DID method,QR method Tobit and ESR.Land transfer can alleviate poverty to a certain extent,but the effect of poverty reduction was heterogeneous for different dimensions and different types of land transfer households.
