新型城镇化下旅游产城融合的交互机理及驱动因素——以长三角地区为例

The Interaction Mechanism and Driving Factors of City-Industry Integration of Tourism under the New-type Urbanization--A Case Study of the Changjiang River Delta

基于2004—2018年我国长三角地区41个城市的面板数据,运用PVAR模型、MGWR模型和空间可视化方法剖析了旅游产城融合要素中旅游产业、城镇化与居民收入间的交互机理,并探究了影响旅游产城融合水平的驱动因素。结果表明:(1)长三角地区旅游产业、城镇化与居民收入间的两两交互均表现为短期内的互促影响关系,尚未形成稳定的长期性互促效应。(2)第三产业比重、人均外资金额、旅客周转量、建成区面积比重是长三角地区旅游产城融合空间格局形成的主要驱动因素。(3)建成区面积比重与旅客周转量对长三角地区旅游产城融合水平的影响存在显著的空间异质性。

According to the panel data of 41 cities in the Changjiang River Delta from 2004 to 2018,this paper used PVAR model,MGWR model and spatial visualization methods to analyze the interaction mechanism between tourism industry,urbanization and residents′income in the city-industry integration of tourism,and explored the driving factors that affected the level of city-industry integration of tourism.The results showed that:(1)The pair-wise interactions among tourism industry,urbanization and residents′income in the Changjiang River Delta were in a short-term mutual promotion relationship,and it had not yet formed a stable long-term mutual promotion effecting.(2)The proportion of the tertiary industry,the amount of foreign investment per capita,passenger turnover,and the proportion of built-up area were the main driving fac tors for the formation of the spatial pattern of city-industry integration of tourism in the Changjiang River Delta.(3)There was significant spatial heterogeneity in the influence of the proportion of built-up area and passenger turnover on the integration level of city-industry integration of tourism in the Changjiang River Delta.
