摘要
为探究机制砂颗粒组成对砂浆性能的影响规律,改善机制砂拌制砂浆的性能,本文通过配制不同细度模数、相同细度模数不同颗粒级配、不同石粉掺量的机制砂,分别进行砂浆试验,测试并分析其7 d、28 d抗压强度、流动性和保水率。研究表明,细度模数为2.7~2.9时,砂浆的和易性与强度均较好。相同细度模数条件下,机制砂中0.60 mm分计筛余和1.18 mm分计筛余对砂浆龄期强度和保水率有显著影响。且不同细度模数下,影响规律不尽相同。随机制砂中石粉含量提高,砂浆7 d、28 d抗压强度先增加后降低,保水率先降低后增加。
In order to study the Influence on the grain composition of manufactured sand to mortar performance and improve mortar performance,the manufactured sand had been use to prepare mortars which had different fineness module,different grain grading with same fineness module,or different content of mountain flour.The 7 d and 28 d compressive strength,fluidity and water retaining rate of mortars had been tested and analyzed.It showed that the workability and strength of mortar would be well when the fineness module is 2.7~2.9.With the same fineness module,individual percent retain on 0.60 mm and 1.18 mm sieve could affect the workability and strength of mortar significantly.They showed different regular pattern with different fineness module.Increasing the content of mountain flour,The 7 d and 28 d compressive strength of mortar would be increased firstly and decreased finally,and the water retaining rate would be decreased firstly and increased finally.
