扁平苔藓属于红斑鳞屑性疾病,可发生于全身多个部位,临床表现为紫红色扁平状斑丘疹,临床类型繁多。目前扁平苔藓发病机制和病因尚不清楚,主要包括细胞介导的免疫反应、微生物感染、神经精神因素、代谢综合征、基因改变、细胞内某些蛋白的改变、合并其他疾病等。

Lichen planus is a erythematous scale disease,which can occur in many parts of the body.The clinical presentation is purplish red fl at maculopapule.At present,the pathogenesis and etiology of lichen planus are still unknown,mainly including cell-mediated immune response,microbial infection,neuropsychiatric factors,metabolic syndrome,genetic changes,changes in certain proteins in the cell,and other diseases.
