社会经济地位、主观幸福感对城乡居民健康状况的影响研究——基于CFPS2018数据的实证分析

基于“健康中国”的战略背景下,提高人民整体健康水平已日渐成为国家发展、民族复兴的重要基石。研究影响城乡居民健康状况的因素和差异以及如何更好地提高城乡居民整体健康水平,具有重要的研究意义和价值。为此,以CFPS2018数据进行实证分析,通过社会经济地位、主观幸福感两个角度来研究城乡居民健康状况。通过研究得出如下结论:(1)社会经济地位(物质层面)显著影响居民健康状况;(2)主观幸福感(精神层面)显著影响居民健康状况,并且不呈现明显的城乡差异情况;(3)人口学变量年龄与性别变量显著影响了居民健康状况。且年龄与健康状况的关系呈现“倒U”型关系,说明随着年龄上升,居民健康会在达到峰值之后呈现下降趋势。

Based on the strategic background of“healthy China”,improving people's overall health level has become an important cornerstone of national development and national rejuvenation.It is of great significance and value to study the factors and differences that affect the health status of urban and rural residents and how to improve the overall health level of urban and rural residents.To this end,we use CFPS2018 data to conduct empirical analysis,and study the health status of urban and rural residents from the perspective of socio-economic status and subjective well-being.After the study,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)social and economic status(material level)significantly affects the health status of residents;(2)subjective wellbeing(spiritual level)significantly affects the health status of residents,and does not show significant differences between urban and rural areas;(3)demographic variables age and gender variables significantly affect the health status of residents.And the relationship between age and health status shows an inverted U-shaped relationship,indicating that with the increase of age,residents'health will show a downward trend after reaching the peak.
