求生、共生与衍生:可持续商业模式成型演化机制

摘要 可持续商业模式有助于企业平衡,解决社会利益、环境利益与经济利益三者之间可能存在的矛盾,是企业获取可持续竞争优势和绩效的重要杠杆。然而,可持续商业模式的成型路径及其调整策略尚未被充分探究,使得企业创造一个可持续商业模式非常不易。基于益磊初创企业案例,完整揭示可持续商业模式成型演化的典型过程。企业发展一般可划分成起步阶段、成长阶段与成熟阶段,其关键任务分别对应于:求生,活得下;共生,活得好;衍生,活得久。因此,可持续商业模式成型演化依赖于利益相关者网络与资源安排方式。最终推动商业模式构建重点从可持续价值主张、可持续价值创造转向可持续价值获取,从而实现一个可拓展、可持续的价值闭环。 Sustainable business model helps enterprises to balance and solve the possible contradictions among social interests,environmental interests,and economic interests.It is an important lever for enterprises to obtain sustainable competitive advantage and performance.However,the forming path of a sustainable business model and its adjustment strategy has not been fully explored,which makes it very difficult for enterprises to create a sustainable business model.Based on the case of the Yilei start-up,this paper reveals the typical process of the formation and evolution of a sustainable business model.The development of an enterprise can generally be divided into the initial stage,the growth stage,and the maturity stage.The key tasks respectively correspond to survival,being able to live;symbiosis,being able to live well;derivation,being able to live long.The formation and evolution of a sustainable business model depend on the network of stakeholders and the way in which resources are arranged.Finally,the focus of business model construction should be shifted from the sustainable value proposition and sustainable value creation to sustainable value acquisition,so as to realize an expandable and sustainable value closure.
