基于投入产出模型的生产性服务业关联效应分析

Analysis of the Correlation Effect of Producer Service Industry——Based on Input-Output Model

基于我国2012年与2017年投入产出表,分别测算2012和2017年生产性服务业内部以及与其他部门间的产业关联效应以及收入分配效应,并测算结果进行比较分析。实证结果显示,第一,我国生产服务业整体发展向好,内部各行业间的消耗系数不断增长,行业间相互拉动作用明显。第二,信息服务业以及教育服务业虽处于飞速发展的阶段,但与其他部门间的技术经济联系仍然不高,生产性服务业整体与其他产业的关联效应较低。第三,生产服务业前向推动效应明显大于该产业的后向拉动效应。第四,劳动者报酬、固定资产折旧和营业盈余远高于其他行业的平均水平但生产税净额低于其他行业平均水平。基于上述研究结论,提出促进生产性服务业发展的对策建议。

Based on China′s input-output data for 2012 and 2017,this paper measures the industrial correlation effect and income distribution effect within producer services and as well between producer services and other sectors in 2012 and 2017 respectively,and makes a comparative analysis of the measured results.The empirical analysis first shows that the overall development of China′s production service industry is improving.The internal consumption coefficient of various industries keeps increasing and the mutual pulling effect among industries is obvious.Second,although they are in a stage of rapid development,the information service industry and education service industry have inferior technical and economic connections with other sectors.The overall effect of the producer service industry with other industries is weak.Third,the forward pushing effect of the production service industry is obviously greater than the backward pulling effect of the industry.Fourth,labor compensation,depreciation of fixed assets and operating surplus are much higher than the average level of other industries,but the net production tax is lower than the average level of other industries.Based on the above-mentioned problems,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to promote the development of producer services.
