糖尿病患者家庭功能现状及与代谢指标的相关性分析

Correlation between Family Functioning with Metabolic Indicators in Diabetic Patients

目的:探讨糖尿病患者家庭功能情况,并分析其与代谢指标的关系,为糖尿病的管理提供依据。方法:采用便利抽样的方法,对石河子地区某三甲医院306例糖尿病患者进行问卷调查,通过查阅病历获取患者的代谢指标数值,并进行统计分析。结果:糖尿病患者家庭功能得分为(7.23±1.89)分;家庭功能障碍有97例(31.7%),焦虑和/或抑郁情绪、在职及无医保与家庭功能障碍高风险相关(P<0.05);患者的家庭功能与2h PBG、LDL-C及TC存在显著负相关(P<0.05)。结论:糖尿病患者的家庭功能水平仍需提高,尤其关注存在焦虑和/或抑郁情绪、在职及无医保的糖尿病患者;改善患者的家庭功能有利于控制2h PBG、LDL-C及TC水平。

Objective:Investigate the family function of diabetic patients,and to analyze the relationship between it and metabolic indexes,to provide a basis for the management of diabetes.Methods:Using a convenient sampling method,a questionnaire survey was performed on 306 diabetic patients in a third-vlass hospital in Shihezi,and the patient’s metabolic index values were obtained by checking the medical records,and perform statistical analysis.Results:The family function score of diabetic patients was(7.23±1.89)points;97 cases with family dysfunction(31.7%),Anxiety and/or depression,on-the-job and no health insurance are associated with high risk of family dysfunction(P<0.05).Patients’family function was significantly negatively correlated with 2 h PBG,LDL-C and TC(P<0.05).Conclusion:The family function level of diabetic patients still needs to be improved,with particular attention to diabetic patients who are anxious and/or depressed,are on-the-job,and have no medical insurance.Improving the family function of patients is conducive to the control of 2 h PBG,LDL-C and TC levels.
