2016-2018年新疆某三甲医院抗栓药物利用评价

Analysis on the Utilization of Antithrombotic Drugs in A Top First-class Hospital in Xinjiang During 2016 to 2018

目的:通过对新疆某三甲医院2016-2018年抗栓药物使用情况的分析,评价其合理性。方法:应用医院信息系统(HIS),提取、统计和分析该医院2016-2018年抗栓药物销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)、日均费用(DDC)、排序比(RM)和临床使用情况。结果:2016-2018年三年销售总金额排名前3位是:依诺肝素钠、替罗非班、氯吡格雷;阿司匹林、氯吡格雷、依诺肝素钠的DDDs居前3位;阿司匹林、双嘧达莫、华法林、肝素的DDC<10元,阿替普酶的DDC最高;氯吡格雷、替格瑞洛的RM接近或等于1,阿司匹林的RM最大。结论:阿替普酶在溶栓治疗中应用前景可观,传统抗血小板药物、抗凝药物临床应用仍占主导。

Objective:The rationality of antithrombotic drugs was evaluated by analyzing the use of antithrombotic drugs in a top first-class hospital in Xinjiang during 2016 to 2018.Method:The hospital information system(HIS)was applied to extract,statistic and analyze the amount of antithrombotic drugs sold,drug frequency(DDDs),daily average cost(DDC),sequencing ratio(RM)and clinical use in the hospital from 2016 to 2018.Results:The top three sales figures from 2016 to 2018 are:enoxaparin sodium,tirofiban,clopidogrel;The DDDs of aspirin,clopidogrel and enoxaparin ranked top 3.DDC of aspirin,dipyridamole,warfarin and heparin<10,and the DDC of atteplase was the highest.The RM of clopidogrel and tigrello is close to or equal to 1,and the RM of aspirin is the largest.Conclusion:The application prospect of alteplase in thrombolytic therapy is considerable,and the clinical application of traditional antiplatelet drugs and anticoagulant drugs is still dominant.
