某医院理气止痛类中成药临床应用的调查与分析

Investigation and Analysis on Clinical Application of Traditional Chinese Patent Medicine for Regulating Qi and Relieving Pain in a Hospital

目的:探讨我院理气止痛类中成药临床应用的合理性现状。方法:通过我院HIS系统导出2018年理气止痛类中成药的数据,选择5种代表性品种,分析开具该类处方的医师结构,依据相关中医药知识和国家标准处方点评,通过点评结果分析其合理性。结果:理气止痛类药中成药处方总合理率为86.38%,不合理处方问题集中于药物联用不适宜、用法用量不适宜、适应症不适宜、诊断不明确。结论:我院理气止痛类中成药临床应用不合理现象较多,应加强该类中成药的监督和管理,提高我院医疗工作人员合理用药的专业水平,保障患者的用药安全。

Objective:the rationality of the clinical application of Chinese patent medicines for regulating qi and relieving pain in our hospital.Methods:The data of Chinese patent medicines for regulating qi and relieving pain in 2018 were exported by his system of our hospital.Five representative varieties were selected to analyze the structure of doctors who issued such prescriptions.According to the relevant knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine and national standard prescription,the rationality was analyzed through the evaluation results.Results:The total reasonable rate of prescription of Chinese patent medicines for regulating qi and relieving pain was 86.38%.The problems of irrational prescription focused on inappropriate combination of drugs,inappropriate usage and dosage,inappropriate indications and unclear diagnosis.Conclusions:There are many unreasonable phenomena in clinical application of Chinese patent medicines for regulating qi and relieving pain in our hospital.We should strengthen the supervision and management of these Chinese patent medicines,improve the professional level of rational drug use of medical staff in our hospital,and ensure the safety of drug use of patients.
