摘要
目的:探讨情景模拟法联合以团队为基础(Team-based learning,TBL)的教学法在成人心肺复苏教学中的应用效果。方法:选取石河子大学医学院2016级临床医学本科生140名,随机分为两组,情景模拟联合TBL教学组(实验组),传统教学组(对照组),每组70名;比较两组学生理论考核和操作技能考核成绩,及对实践核心能力问卷调查进行分析。结果:实验组学生理论和操作技能考核成绩明显高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组带教方式对实践能力的提高能力明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:情景模拟联合TBL教学模式有助于学生更好地掌握成人心肺复苏的操作技能,提高学生临床实践能力,值得在成人心肺复苏教学中推广应用。
Objective:To explore the effect of scenario simulation combined with team based learning(TBL)teaching method in adult cardiopulmonary resuscitation teaching.Methods:140 clinical medical undergraduates of grade 2016 from Medical College of Shihezi University were randomly divided into two groups:scenario simulation combined with TBL teaching group(experimental group)and traditional teaching method(control group),with 70 students in each group.The results of theoretical examination and operation skill examination were compared between the two groups,and the questionnaire survey of practical core competence was analyzed.Results:The test scores of theory and operation skills of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The results of the questionnaire survey showed that the improvement ability of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Scenario simulation combined with TBL teaching mode can help students better master the operation skills of adult cardiopulmonary resuscitation and improve their clinical practice ability.It is worthy of popularization and application in adult cardiopulmonary resuscitation teaching.
