长三角区域信用环境优化研究

Research on the Optimization of Regional Credit Environment in Yangtze River Delta

优化提质信用环境是长三角一体化高质量发展的应有之义,也是推动区域治理体系和治理能力现代化的重要前提。在总结上海、浙江以及义乌、杭州等典型国家信用示范省市在营造良好信用环境的经验基础上,提出加强区域信用建设基础支撑能力、深化信用应用质量、注重关键领域信用监管示范以及完善配套制度保障等建议。

Optimizing and improving the credit environment is not only the necessary obligation of the high-quality development of Yangtze River Delta integration,but also an important premise to promote the modernization of regional governance system and governance capacity.On the basis of summarizing the experience of Shanghai,Zhejiang,Yiwu,Hangzhou and other typical national credit demonstration cities in creating a good credit environment,this paper puts forward some suggestions,such as strengthening the basic support ability of regional credit construction,deepening the quality of credit application,paying attention to credit supervision demonstration in key fields,and improving the supporting system guarantee.
