基于“城乡等值”理念的超大城市乡村振兴推进路径研究——以上海为例

Promoting the Rural Revitalization of Mega Cities Based on the Concept of“Urban Rural Equivalence”:on the Path of Deepening Rural Revitalization Strategy in Shanghai

超大城市或发达地区的乡村振兴有共性,但更有独特性和先兆性。“城乡等值”是以德国为代表的欧盟国家在乡村发展上取得诸多成绩的重要理念,借鉴这一理念并解读其核心要义,将对我国超大城市乡村振兴提供重要参考。基于这一理念,上海在乡村振兴上可以从七个方面进行路径探索。

The Rural Revitalization of megacities or developed areas has something in common,and has more things that are distinct and foreseeable."Urban rural equivalence"is an important concept for EU countries represented by Germany to achieve many achievements in rural development.Learning from this concept and interpreting its core meaning will provide an important reference for the Rural Revitalization of Megacities in China.Based on this concept,Shanghai can explore the path of Rural Revitalization from seven aspects.
