城市更新背景下城市意象的保留和传承

How to Preserve and Inherit Urban Image in the Context of Urban Renewal

城市更新是社会发展到一定程度的必然需求,也是当前中国城市社会正在经历的阶段。城市意象是城市多元文化的重要构成,是人对于城市的珍贵记忆和无形财富。但在城市更新的背景下,许多地方原有的城市意象遭到破坏,有的甚至无法挽回而成为遗憾。通过对城市更新的思考、论述与研究,结合城市发展现状与趋势,从建筑、象征、精神、风貌等四个方面对如何保留和传承城市意象提出建议,主要包括城市更新未来需要健全政策规章、统筹稳妥推进更新、重视人文关怀、加强工作参与互动、做到有机更新等方面。

Urban renewal is the inevitable demand of social development to a certain height,and it is also the stage that Chinese urban society is experiencing.Urban image is an important component of urban multi culture,and is the precious memory and intangible wealth of people for the city.However,under the background of urban renewal,the original urban image in many places has been damaged,and some even become a irretrievable regret.Through the thinking,discussion and research of urban renewal,combined with the current situation and trend of urban development,this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to reserve and inherit the urban image from the four aspects of architecture,symbol,spirit and style,and sums up several major conclusions,such as perfecting policies and regulations,promoting the renewal steadily,paying attention to humanistic care,strengthening work participation and interaction,and achieving organic renewal.
