BiOBr/BaBi_(2)O_(6)异质性型光催化剂的制备及其光催化降解有机污染物

Preparation of BiOBr/BaBi_(2)O_(6) Heterojunction Photocatalyst and Its Photocatalytic Degradation of Organic Pollutants

摘要 通过水热合成法制备出BaBi_(2)O_(6),采用化学蚀刻法在BaBi_(2)O_(6)表面利用HBr与BaBi_(2)O_(6)的反应原位沉积BiOBr,制备出具有异质结型结构的光催化剂。通过X射线粉末衍射仪(XRD)、紫外可见漫反射光谱仪(UV-Vis DRS)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等对其结构、微观形貌和可见光吸收等性能进行了表征。光催化实验结果表明,BiOBr/BaBi_(2)O_(6)在可见光下可以有效降解MB(亚甲基蓝)溶液,当BiOBr与BaBi_(2)O_(6)的摩尔比为55:45时,BiOBr/BaBi_(2)O_(6)具有最大光催化活性。 BaBi2O6 was prepared by hydrothermal synthesis,and BiOBr was deposited in situ on the surface of BaBi2O6 by the reaction of HBr and BaBi2O6 by chemical etching method.The photocatalyst with heterojunction structure was prepared.The structure,micromorphology and visible light absorption properties were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction(XRD),UV-Vis diffuse reflection spectrometer(UV-Vis DRS)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results of photocatalytic experiments show that BiOBr/BaBi2O6 can effectively degrade Methylene blue(MB)solution under visible light.When the molar ratio of BiOBr/BaBi_(2)O_(6)is 55:45,BiOBr/BaBi_(2)O_(6)has the strongest photocatalytic activity.
