As an advanced control system in modern fully mechanized coal mining,the intelligent control system of scraper conveyor has stronger adaptability than the traditional control management mode,and it can improve the control efficiency,reduce the working error and pressure of personnel and promote the improvement of production efficiency without affecting the control effect.This paper first introduces the application cases of intelligent control system of scraper conveyor in fully mechanized coal mining,then discusses the composition and main equipment characteristics of intelligent control system of scraper conveyor.Finally,it expounds the detailed ways of applying intelligent control system of scraper conveyor in fully mechanized coal mining based on the above analysis results,hoping to further improve the working effect and promote the stable and high-speed development of the industry.
