基于标准化的掘进机电气系统的研究及应用

摘要 为使掘进机电气系统在不同的工况环境、不同电压等级系统下工作,使得电气系统能够满足用户个性化与差异化的需求,借此落实掘进机电气体系的规模效益,并且保证设计质量,提高设计效率,文中提出了标准化电气系统的设计研究,介绍了标准化电气系统设计的总体思路,并从电气系统的标准化的防爆外壳、标准化硬件、标准化控制以及标准化显示等软件方面进行设计研究。实际应用结果表明:基于标准化的掘进机电气系统提高了设计效率,实现了在多种工况、多种电压等级下的可靠运行,保证了掘进机电气系统运行的稳定高效。 In order to make the electrical system of roadheader work under different working conditions and different voltage grade systems,and to make the electrical system meet the personalized and differentiated needs of users,so as to realize the scale benefit of the electrical system of roadheader,ensure the design quality and improve the design efficiency,this paper puts forward the design research of standardized electrical system,introduces the general idea of standardized electrical system design,and conducts design research from the standardized explosion-proof shell,standardized hardware,standardized control and standardized display software of electrical system.The practical application results show that the electrical system of roadheader based on standardization improves the design efficiency,realizes reliable operation under various working conditions and voltage levels,and ensures the stable and efficient operation of the electrical system of roadheader.
