压差法盐酸深脱吸工艺在PVC生产中的应用分析

摘要 本研究通过将压差法盐酸深脱吸工艺应用在PVC生产加工中,将生产过程中所产生的盐酸副产品进行有效处理,以此构建出HCl闭路循环系统,实现PVC生产中盐酸的零排放,从而更好地提升PVC的生产效率以及对于生态环境的保护,创造更大的社会、经济价值。 In this study,the deep desorption process of hydrochloric acid by pressure difference method was applied to PVC production and processing,and the hydrochloric acid by-products produced in the production process were effectively treated,so as to construct a closed-loop HCl circulation system,realize zero discharge of hydrochloric acid in PVC production,thus better improving the production efficiency of PVC and protecting the ecological environment,and creating greater social and economic value.
