摘要
炼油厂中500万吨/年常减压蒸馏装置是生产过程中的第一道工序,该装置可以根据原油的属性成为连接子路线、蒸馏转油线口径。当介质温度相对较高时普通管道钢材无法满足工作要求,一般情况下常压塔转油线介质是闪底油经过常压炉加热后的油气,减压转油线介质是常底油通过减压锅炉加热后的油气。复合管道施工是减压装置施工中的重点,其中包括管道焊接、支架及冷紧,要想保证常减压过程顺利完成应避免施工过程中出现问题。应制定出完整的操作制度并对可能发生的问题进行预测,制定相应的防范措施,保证整体施工质量。
The 5 million tons/year atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit in the refinery is the first step in the production process.The unit can become the connecting subcircuit line and the diameter of distillation and oil transfer line according to the properties of crude oil.When the medium temperature is relatively high,ordinary pipe steel cannot meet the working requirements.Under general circumstances,the medium of atmospheric tower to oil line is the oil and gas after the flash bottom oil is heated by atmospheric furnace,and the medium of reduced pressure to oil line is the oil and gas after the constant bottom oil is heated by the reduced pressure boiler.Composite pipeline construction is the key point in the construction of pressure-relief device,including pipeline welding,bracket and cold tightening.In order to ensure the smooth completion of normal pressure-relief process,problems should be avoided in the construction process.A complete operating system should be formulated and the possible problems should be predicted,and corresponding preventive measures should be formulated to ensure the overall construction quality.
