Objective To discuss the changes of serum calcium and phosphorus levels in patients with end-stage renal disease(ESRD)caused by chronic glomerulonephritis after hemodialysis treatment, and the treatment effect of complications during dialysis. Methods 50 patients with end-stage renal disease caused by chronic glomerulonephritis were treated as research subjects, and all underwent hemodialysis treatment. The serum calcium and phosphorus levels before hemodialysis and 3 months after hemodialysis, occurrence of complications and countermeasures were compared. Results 3 months after hemodialysis, the serum calcium of patients was(2.25±0.21)mmol/L,which had no statistically significant difference compared with(2.19±0.20)mmol/L before hemodialysis(P>0.05).3 months after hemodialysis, the serum phosphorus of patients was(1.61±0.39)mmol/L,which was significantly lower than(2.23±0.41)mmol/L,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Among the 50 hemodialysis patients,11 cases had complications, and the complication rate was 22.0%,including 4 cases of hypotension,3 cases of allergic reactions,3 cases of imbalance syndrome, and 1 case of fever. After symptomatic treatment, the condition improved without fatal complications. Conclusion Hemodialysis can improve serum phosphorus level in patients with end-stage renal disease caused by chronic glomerulonephritis.
