健脾补肾化湿通络法治疗高尿酸血症的疗效观察

Efficacy observation of spleen-invigorating,kidney-tonifying,dampness-removing and collateralsdredging method in the treatment of hyperuricemia

目的探讨健脾补肾化湿通络法治疗高尿酸血症的临床效果。方法60例高尿酸血症患者,依据治疗方案不同分为对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组患者给予常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用中医健脾补肾化湿通络法治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后血尿酸(UA)水平。结果观察组临床治疗总有效率为90.00%,显著高于对照组的66.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者血尿酸水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者血尿酸水平均显著低于治疗前,且观察组患者血尿酸水平(355.26±36.51)μmol/L显著低于对照组的(396.75±40.12)μmol/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健脾补肾化湿通络法治疗高尿酸血症疗效显著,可有效降低患者血尿酸水平,具有临床推广价值。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of spleen-invigorating,kidney-tonifying,dampnessremoving and collaterals-dredging method in the treatment of hyperuricemia.Methods A total of 60 patients with hyperuricemia were divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment regimens,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,and the observation group was treated with spleen-invigorating,kidney-tonifying,dampness-removing and collateralsdredging method based on the control group.The clinical efficacy,and serum uric acid(UA)levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment of the observation group was 90.00%,which was significantly higher than 66.67%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in serum uric acid between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the serum uric acid of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the serum uric acid(355.26±36.51)μmol/L of the observation group was significantly lower than(396.75±40.12)μmol/L of the control group.All the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Spleen-invigorating,kidney-tonifying,dampness-removing and collaterals-dredging method shows remarkable efficacy on patients with hyperuricemia,and it can effectively lower the serum uric acid level,which contains clinical promotion value.
