摘要
针对吸油烟机行业对高静压、大风量、超高能效的要求,研究了一种IPMSM的无传感器DTFC拓扑。该拓扑包括混合磁模型的定子磁链观测器和MTPA实时在线计算的方法。该拓扑采用有效磁通的概念,将具有凸极比的IPMSM(L q>L d)转化为表贴式永磁同步电机(L q=L d)进行位置观测。MTPA则采用查表法,牛顿切线法相结合的方法,实现该表的实时在线计算;仿真和实验验证了DTFC拓扑的有效性。实验结果表明,该控制拓扑充分利用IPMSM的磁阻转矩,实现油烟机系统的高静压、大风量、超高能效的要求。
Aiming at the requirements of the range hoods for high static pressure,large air volume and ultra-high energy efficiency,a new sensorless direct torque flux control(DTFC)topology for interior permanent magnet synchronous motors(IPMSM)was studied.The topology included the stator flux observer of the hybrid magnetic model and the real-time online calculation method of MTPA.This topology adopted the concept of effective flux to convert a IPMSM with salient pole ratio(L q>L d)into a surface-mounted permanent magnet synchronous motor(L q=L d)for position observation.MTPA used the look-up table method and Newton tangent method to achieve real-time online calculation of the table.Simulations and experiments verify the effectiveness of the DTFC topology.The experimental results show that the control topology is fully beneficial to the reluctance torque of the IPMSM,and achieves the high static pressure,large air volume and super high energy efficiency requirements of the range hoods。
