硅烷配套车身电泳针孔问题的解决

摘要 分析了硅烷配套乘用车电泳涂装线在连续过车时后车引擎盖前端针孔问题的成因。通过排放电泳槽液超滤液、降低阳极液电导率、调整整流电源参数、延长前后车身问题部位距离等方法,解决了上述问题。 The causes of pinhole defect of electrodeposition coatings occurred on the later vehicle in a painting line during the continuous manufacturing were analyzed.Some approaches such as discharging the ultrafiltrate of the electrodeposition paint,lowering the conductivity of anodic solution,adjusting the parameters of rectified power supply,and lengthening the distance between the front vehicle and the later vehicle were adopted,eliminating the pinhole defect.
