摘要
钇铁石榴石(Y_(3)Fe_(5)O_(12))是稀土石榴石材料中发现最早、研究最透彻、应用最广泛的一种。文章介绍了近几十年来钇铁石榴石(YIG)多晶陶瓷在烧结方面的主要研究发现和进展,进一步说明YIG材料对未来磁光学领域作出巨大贡献的可能性。
Yttrium iron garnet(Y_(3)Fe_(5)O_(12))is the earliest,most thoroughly studied,and most widely used rare earth garnet material.This paper introduces the main research findings and progress in the sintering of YIG polycrystalline ceramics in recent decades and further explains the possibility that YIG materials will make great contributions to the field of magneto-optics in the future.
