瘦素在多囊卵巢综合征中作用机制的研究进展

Research progress inmechanism of leptin in polycystic ovary syndrome

多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS),又称Stein-Leventhal综合征,是一种非常普遍的以多种激素失衡为特征的内分泌代谢紊乱疾病,是无排卵性不孕的主要原因。PCOS的临床特征具有复杂性和异质性,其发生发展与脂肪组织功能失调密切相关。瘦素(leptin)主要由白色脂肪组织分泌。目前多项研究显示leptin水平与PCOS胰岛素抵抗、肥胖、炎症等密切相关,本文主要从激素合成、代谢、炎症等方面阐述leptin在PCOS发生发展过程中的相关机制,以期为PCOS的诊治提供参考。

Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS), also known as Stein-Leventhal syndrome, is a very common endocrine and metabolic disorder characterized by the imbalance of multiple hormones, which is the main cause of anovulatory infertility. The clinical characteristics of PCOS are complex and heterogeneous, and its occurrence and development are closely related to the dysfunction of adipose tissue. leptin is secreted mainly by white adipose tissue. At present, a number of studies have shown that leptin level is closely related to insulin resistance, obesity and inflammation of PCOS. In this paper, the relevant mechanism of leptin in the occurrence and development of PCOS is described mainly from the aspects of hormone synthesis, metabolism and inflammation, in order to provide some reference for the diagnosis and treatment of PCOS.
